How to open Zalo Web on a phone browser
Phone browsers usually jump to the Zalo app. To stay in the browser, ask for the desktop version of the page.
Steps
- Open Chrome or Safari and go to chat.zalo.me.
- Open the browser menu.
- Turn on Desktop site (Chrome) or Request Desktop Website (Safari).
- Reload the page and log in.
When this helps
It is useful when you need a second account on the same phone, or when the app is not installed.
