How to recover a Zalo password safely

If you forget your password, reset it yourself from the login screen.

Steps

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password.
2. Enter your phone number.
3. Type the code sent by SMS or call.
4. Set a new password.

Warning

Nobody can recover your password for you. Anyone who asks for your confirmation code is trying to take your account. zalogroup.com never asks for it.
